Using this website

You may browse the website and contact us for your own business purposes. You must not misuse it, for example by sending spam through our forms, trying to break its security, or copying its content for commercial use without our permission.

Information on the website

We try to keep product features, prices and other details accurate, but they may change and are not an offer. The quote, invoice or agreement we send you is what applies to your purchase.

Demos and free trials

Demos and trials are free and carry no obligation. Trial accounts may be limited in time or features and may be removed when the trial ends. Please keep your own copy of any data you enter during a trial.

Subscriptions and licenses

• Hosted plans are billed for the period shown on your quote or invoice. Service may be paused if payment is overdue.
• License plans let you install the software on your own server for your own business. You may not resell, rent out or redistribute the software.
• Support, updates and backups are provided as described in your plan.

Custom development

Scope, price, timeline and payment milestones for custom work are set in a written quote. Work outside that scope is quoted separately. Unless agreed otherwise, ownership of custom code passes to you once it is paid for in full. We may reuse general tools and libraries that are not specific to your project.

Your data

You own the business data you put into our software, and you are responsible for having the right to use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Our intellectual property

The LogicsSol name, logo, website content and our products remain our property. Using our software does not give you ownership of it, except for custom work as described above.

Limitation of liability

We provide the website and our software with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or business interruption, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Links to other websites

Links to other websites, including WhatsApp and social networks, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bahawalpur, Pakistan.
